Booked online and they not provided the room. Cultureless people. Then I selected another hotel. So please don't select this one if you can. Staff misbehaved and it was very unpleasant experience in my life.

Not a good location, Bad service and maintenance

Though this lodge is located a little closer to the Secunderabad Jn, the surroundings are good. Not suitable for family stay. There is a wine shop near the hotel and drug dwellers always roaming around. Rooms are not clean and are not spacious enough. Service was pathetic, there isn't anyone to serve even water. I had to ask them so many times to get the extra beds and pillows for which I have already paid for. Rooms have TVs, but no set-top box or remote and hence no use. AC remotes were also provided only after a struggle. No proper blankets provided for AC rooms.

I have booked two Deluxe Double Bedded Room with Air Conditioning from 13.April .2017 to 14.April.2017 through Booking.Com. We reached there at about 8.30 AM on 13.4.2017 and asked for the rooms the Receptionist of the hotel told that there is no vacancy only one small room will be allotted in the ground floor for fresh up and in the after noon two big rooms will be allotted in the first floor. Accordingly occupied the said room when we asked to on the Air conditioner he refused and told that Air conditioner will not be allowed for Rs.1008/- I have shown the Booking.com reservation letter where it is mentioned Deluxe Double Room with Air conditioning . in reply he told that he will not fallow the conditions given by Booking.com, if Air conditioning required Rs.1260/per day per room have to be paid. We have also discussed with the Proprietor over phone but he refused to accept the conditions of Booking.Com and told to pay R.1260/- as per their condition. I have also agreed to pay Rs,1260/- They failed to provide two A/C Rooms till evening (13.4.2017) when I asked for the rooms the Receptionist misbehaved with us which can not be tolerated. I have paid Rs.500/- towards ½ half day non A/C small room charges provided for fresh up and told him to cancel the reservation made through Booking.com. The Hotel Mahesh Residency is situated at a distance of 700 meters From Secunderabad Railway Station. Location of hotel is very bad. It is not easily accessible. Road leading to hotel is in very bad shape and broken . Hotel is located in a slum like area. It is not at all suitable for family. The behavior of Receptionist is very rude.

If you r a solo traveler with urgency to reach sc railway station in in time, I strongly suggest this hotel. They will provide you a high speed WiFi. I spend my time here by roaming around the beautiful places near to it. The service here in hotel is good.

only 100m from Secundrabad railway station. Just stayed here for night as I had to catch a train early morning form secunderabad. staff was good. Services: asked for a wakeup call at 5.30am.. got a knock at 5:20am. Except only they didnt provide any complementary mineral water bottle..as I was given water in a used bottle. Hotel is recommended if one wants to stay near by railway station for short time.
